The options granted to Directors may only be exercised if certain performance conditions are satisfied. Options may not be exercised in the three year period from the date of grant. Options may be exercised between the preliminary announcement of the Company's audited annual results for the year ended 30 June 2016 and 13 May 2023.

Penny De Valk previously held 500,000 options which were waived at the same time as the grant of the options shown above.

Following the above, the total number of options granted is 1,501,000.
