the Company confirms that, as at the close of business on 31 January 2004, there
was one portfolio investment representing a total of 0.31% of its portfolio
invested in another listed investment company/ trust which has either made no
statement or has a stated investment policy that it is likely to invest more
than 15% of its gross assets in other listed investment companies and trusts.
