The Company announces that the Net Asset Values at 8 August 2007 were:

per Ordinary Income share                        21.65p
                                                       
per Zero Dividend Preference share              167.46p

Note: In addition, a ccrued income attributable to the Ordinary Income shares
amounts to 0.11 p per share as at 31 July 2006 and a further 0.13p per share
for the current period to 8 August 2007.

There are no equity investments remaining on the portfolio at 8 August 2007.
