The Company announces that it has received notification today that on 11 March 
2010, Novus Capital Markets Limited purchased interests in the form of contracts 
for differences over 4,000,000 shares in the Company at price of 1.2 pence each. 
 
As a result of the above purchase, Novus Capital Limited now holds, 
beneficially, interests in the Company of 23,890,624 representing 26.9% of its 
issued share capital.
