                                 Board Changes

Reed Health Group announces that the Board intends to appoint Trevor
Goul-Wheeker as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 7
December 2004.

Trevor Goul-Wheeker is currently Executive Director - Books with WH Smith plc
and was managing director of Hammicks Bookshop Ltd until May 2003.

Reed Health Group also announces that the Board intends to appoint Angela Morris
as a Director of the Company. She joined Reed Health Group in October 2002 as
operations director of Reed Social Care, taking over the additional
responsibility for Reed Nurse in April 2004.

Finally, Reed Health Group announces that David Fennell, the existing Chief
Executive Officer of the Company, intends to stand down from this position to
focus on the further development of the Group as a divisional director. David
will remain on the Board.
