                            Director Shareholding




Reflex announces that it was informed today that a director, Mr. Peter Thoms,
sold 300,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of Stg7.5p per share to his pension
scheme today. Accordingly, Mr. Thom's beneficial ownership in the ordinary
share capital of Reflex remains unchanged.
