RC2 today announces the resignation of Mr Mihai Radoi, Non-Executive Director, with effect from 27 July 2021.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mihai for his involvement and wish him well for the future.

It is anticipated that a replacement non-executive director will be appointed and a further announcement will be made in due course.
