CLOSURE OF THE PREFERENCE OFFER.
APW Enclosure Systems Limited announces that, following completion on 20
November 1998 of the compulsory acquisition procedure under sections 428 to
430F of the Companies Act 1985 in relation to the Rubicon Ordinary Shares, the
Preference Offer will close on 18 December 1998.
