                            ("RAM" or "the Company")

                  RAM COMPLETES SALE OF SCOTTISH LEISURE PARK

RAM Investment Group, the AIM listed leisure investment company, today announces
that its wholly owned subsidiary Fullwork Limited ("Fullwork") has completed the
sale of its contract for the Stack Leisure Park ("Stack") in Lochee, Dundee to
Pacific Shelf 1254 Limited for a total of #8,150,000.

RAM has made a profit before costs of #1,045,000 on the transaction and
anticipates profits after costs, but before provision for taxation, of
approximately #500,000.

The completion has occurred in advance of the previously expected date of 2
August 2004.

The RAM management team will now focus on delivering results from the
opportunities currently being considered.
