Further to the Group's announcement of 16 April 2004 regarding its wholly-owned
subsidiary Fullwork Limited ("Fullwork") concluding a contract to sub-sell the
Stack Leisure Park ("Stack") in Lochee, Dundee, a letter has been posted to all
shareholders.
