                        Purchase of Shares by Directors

The Company has been informed by Nick Lebetkin and Laurence Selman, Directors
of the Company, that they have each purchased Ordinary Shares in the Company 
as follows:

      Laurence Selman           5,000                            63.5p

Following the purchase of these shares, the interests of Nick Lebetkin and
Laurence Selman in the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company are as
