BURNABY, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 9, 2008) - QuestAir Technologies Inc.
(TSX:QAR)(AIM:QAR) received notification on January 8, 2008 that on January 20, 2007, UBS Global
Asset Management held 2,905,100 shares, representing approximately 5.53 per cent of QuestAir's
issued share capital.

This announcement is made pursuant to the rules governing the operation of AIM as established by
the London Stock Exchange Plc.
