Results of General Meeting 
 
At a general meeting of Puma VCT III plc, held earlier today, all resolutions as 
set out in the notice of general meeting of the Company dated 29 September 2011 
(the "Resolutions") were passed with the requisite majority. 
 
Details of the proxy votes in respect of the Resolutions received as at 10.15am 
on 25 October 2011 by SLC Registrars are set out below:

Further  to the passing of  the Resolutions, the cancellation  of the listing of 
the  Company's shares on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority will take
