Appointment of Director
The Directors of Invesco Markets III plc (the “Company”) wish to
announce the appointment of Anne-Marie
King as a Non Executive Director of the Company effective 27
September 2018.
Anne-Marie King
Anne-Marie King is director of
Cross Border Fund Governance at Invesco Global Asset Management
DAC, as well as one of the Conducting Officers of Invesco
Management SA. As director of Cross Border Fund Governance,
Anne-Marie is responsible for assisting and supporting the
cross-border fund Boards and the related Luxembourg and Irish management companies in
their oversight of the management and operations of the
funds. The funds include Irish UCITS, Irish Exchange Traded
Funds, Irish Money Market Funds and Luxembourg SICAVs and
AIFs. She is also a member of the Invesco Global Asset
Management DAC Board of Directors.
Anne-Marie joined Invesco (then known as Investment Fund
Administrators Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of GT Asset
Management Ireland Limited) in September
1994, as a member of the Client Services department.
Since then Anne-Marie has undertaken a number of varied and
progressive roles within Invesco including: Finance, Investment
Administration, Business Development and Transfer Agency.
Before assuming her current position in 2013, Anne-Marie was Head
of Cross Border Transfer Agency with full responsibility for
transfer agency operational, control and oversight functions and
the related project and product implementation.
She graduated from Dublin Business School in 1998 and is a
fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
Anne-Marie King has never:
-
had any unspent convictions in relation to indictable offences;
or
-
been a director of any company or partnership which, while he
was a director with an executive function or partner at the time of
or within the 12 months preceding such events, been declared
bankrupt, went into receivership, liquidation, administration or
voluntary arrangements; or
-
been subject to any official public incrimination and/or
sanctions by statutory or regulatory authorities (including
designated professional bodies); or been disqualified by a court
from acting as a director of a company or from acting in the
management or conduct of affairs of any company.
