ProPhotonix Limited, (London Stock Exchange - AIM: PPIX and PPIR, OTC: STKR.PK), a designer and manufacturer of LED Illumination Systems, laser diode modules as well as a distributor of premium vendors' laser diodes, announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 were posted to shareholders on 24 April 2012.
