Appointment of Financial Adviser

On 22 July 2013, the Jetgo Bidco Board and the PMHL Independent Directors announced that they had reached agreement on the terms of a recommended cash offer by Jetgo Bidco, a wholly owned subsidiary of PIHL, for the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of PMHL, other than those PMHL Shares already owned by PIHL and the Treasury Shares (the "Offer Announcement").

The Jetgo Bidco Board is pleased to announce that Grant Thornton UK LLP has been appointed as financial adviser to Jetgo Bidco and PIHL in connection with the Offer.
