                    MIKE DODD 'SIGNS' FOR POLICY MASTER

One of the best-known figures in Insurance technology, Mike Dodd, has today
joined the board of Software House, Policy Master Plc, as Business Development
Director.

The appointment is particularly significant in the context of Policy Master's
post-AIM flotation strategy for growth and development.  Dodd brings to Policy
Master 20 years' experience in senior roles within Quotel and, more recently,
with the CSC Ra Group.

Comments Steve Verrall, Policy Master Chief Executive "Mike's initial focus will
be to reinforce and develop relationships with our many Insurer partners and to
identify new opportunities for them to use technology to drive forward their
businesses.  Mike comes to Policy Master with a first-class skill set and
industry experience.  He is a natural fit for the Policy Master customer-centric
culture which we are building and he will, I'm sure, be a great asset to the
team."

Mike Dodd officially signed his new contract of employment in the Policy Master
Executive Box at Aston Villa, home of the Premiership leaders.

Dodd says: "I have, of course, known Steve Verrall and the Policy Master team
for some years but it has been the last couple of years' achievements that have
impressed me the most, particularly the steps made in technological advances,
their support reputation and their vision.  Since the flotation in July, the
company seems to have gained a new vigour and I am very excited about the
contribution I can make.  I am looking forward to harnessing the benefits of my
years in the industry to start some fresh initiatives in the following months."
