             Peterhead Group PLC ("Peterhead")
                       Board Changes

The  Board  of  Peterhead, the specialist mechanical  asset
rental  group,  announces  today the resignation  of  David
Symon  as  Group  Chief Executive. The  Chairman,  Campbell
Allan, will assume an executive role for an interim period,
while the selection process for a new Chief Executive takes
place.

Lindsay  Duncan will be stepping down from the  Board,  but
remains  with the Group in order to assist with the further
development  of  Peterhead's crane hire  business.  William
Baugh, currently a director of Molins PLC, joins the  Board
as a non-executive Director.
