Premier Energy and Water Trust PLC announces a first interim dividend for the 
year ended 31 December 2015 of 2.65p per ordinary share which comprises of a 
base dividend of 1.9p plus a further 0.75p additional dividend paid in 
accordance with the policy to distribute accumulated revenue reserves as 
previously announced. This first interim dividend will be paid on 30 June 2015 
to members on the register at the close of business on 29 May 2015. The 
Ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 28 May 2015.
