Dividend Rate
 
     EAST HILLS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 12, 1999--The Board of
Directors of Pall Corporation (NYSE: PLL) has declared a regular
quarterly dividend at an increased rate of 16 cents per share, payable
on February 8, 1999 to shareholders of record as of January 25, 1999.
The new rate is a 3.2% increase over the previous rate of 15 1/2 cents
per share.
