           Pall Corporation Declares Increase in Quarterly Dividend
 
East Hills, NY (01/17/2001) -- The Board of Directors of Pall Corporation 
(NYSE: PLL) has declared a regular quarterly dividend at an increased rate of 
17 cents per share, payable on February 13, 2001 to shareholders of record as of
February 1, 2001. The new rate is a 3.0% increase over the previous rate of 16
1/2 cents per share.
