                            Statement re Share Price



The Company have noted today's share price increase following the announcement
this morning of their unaudited interim accounts for the six months ended 30
June 2007.  The Company wish to emphasise that the Operating Profit of
#2,808,000 for the six months to 30 June 2007 was an exceptional item and arose
on the implementation of the CVA; it does not relate to any ongoing trading
activity.
