Issue of Equity 
 
The Directors of Octopus Titan VCT 3 plc are pleased to announce a 
further allotment on 1 April 2009 of 1,294,035 ordinary shares of 10p 
each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 100 pence per share pursuant 
to the Offer that opened on 22 May 2008. 
 
Application for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official 
List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock 
Exchange's market for listed securities will be made shortly and 
dealings are expected to commence on 8 April 2009. 
 
The Company now has 13,216,830 Ordinary Shares in issue. 
 
The Offer is expected to remain open until 3 April 2009 unless 
previously extended or fully subscribed earlier.
