OnTheMarket plc (AIM: OTMP) , the majority agent-owned company which operates the onthemarket.com property portal , today announces it has been informed that Jason Tebb, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 18,180 ordinary shares in the Company of 0.2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 55p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Jason is interested in 18,180 Ordinary Shares representing 0.023% of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition, the Company also announces that Rupert Sebag-Montefiore, Independent Non-Executive Director has purchased 20,583 Ordinary Shares at a price of 53.44p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Rupert is interested in 31,948 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
