Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the
smart sensing and software company servicing life sciences,
entertainment, engineering and smart manufacturing markets,
announces that David Deacon has resigned as a Director of Oxford
Metrics with effect from 30 September 2024.
David's resignation from the Board
of Directors follows the Group's confirmation of CFO announcement
on 1 July 2024 which set out that David would remain with the
business until the end of September.
The Board thanks David for his
contributions throughout his 15-year tenure and wishes him well in
his future endeavours.
