The Board of Directors of Oryx International Growth Fund Limited wish to
announce that on 26th July 2004 the Fund repurchased the following:

10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 173 pence per share

10,000 Warrants at a price of 72 pence per warrant

5,000 Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2005 at a price of 175 pence per share



Following the cancellation of these securities the following securities remain
outstanding:

Ordinary Shares:                           7,873,229

Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2005:     2,430,521

Warrants:                                    943,950
