Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that, pursuant to the general authority granted by shareholders of the Company on 14 August 2015 to make market purchases of its own ordinary shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares"), on 22 April 2016 it purchased for cancellation 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 564p per Ordinary Share, and that on 27 April 2016 it purchased for cancellation 83,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 585p per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase and cancellation, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 15,104,125 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

Therefore, the above figure of 15,104,125 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
