announces that on 7 November 2007, Mr Rupert Evans, a Non-Executive Director,
informed the Company that he has been appointed as a Director of London &
Stamford Property Limited which is listed on the Alternative Investment Market.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to
LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Evans.
