                               Holding In Company

The Company was notified today by J O Hambro Capital Management that due to a
purchase of 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares on 23 August 2006, North Atlantic Value
LLP (as discretionary manager for its clients) has an interest in 5,590,000
Ordinary Shares of 5 pence (the "Ordinary Shares") each in the Company.

The holding of 5,590,000 includes 1,750,000 Ordinary Shares in which Oryx
International Growth Fund Limited ("Oryx") is interested. Oryx is listed on the
London Stock Exchange and North Atlantic Value LLP is its discretionary
investment manager.

The interest of North Atlantic Value LLP represents 16.49 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company.
