Watermark Group plc has received further notification that Oryx International
Growth Fund Limited, following the purchase of 500,000 ordinary 1p shares in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares"), now has a notifiable interest of 2,740,000 Ordinary
Shares, which represents 6.15% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
The shares are held in the name of HSBC Security Services (Guernsey) Limited.
The current number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 44,573,817.
