Holding in Company
The Company was notified on 15 August 2006 by J O Hambro Capital Management
Group Limited that it and certain of its subsidiaries holds a notifiable
interest in 11,401,668 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), representing approximately 17.83 per cent. of the Company's issued
Ordinary Share capital.
The Ordinary Shares are held by the following interested parties:

collective investments in transferable securities.
Therefore, the total holding of all the members of the J O Hambro Group is
17,085,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 26.72 per cent. of the
Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
