                               Holding In Company


The Company was informed yesterday by J O Hambro Capital Management that,
following an acquisition of 160,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares") representing 0.47 per cent in the issued share capital of the Company,
that North Atlantic Value LLP (as discretionary manager for its clients) has an
interest in 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence (the "Ordinary Shares") each in
the Company.


The holding of 1,500,000 includes 450,000 Ordinary Shares in which Oryx
International Growth Fund Limited ("Oryx") is interested. Oryx is listed on the
London Stock Exchange and North Atlantic Value LLP is its discretionary
investment manager.


The interest of North Atlantic Value LLP represents 4.42 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.
