                     Oryx International Growth Fund Limited

The Directors of Oryx International Growth Fund Limited are pleased to announce
that the Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on 28th December 2005.
All resolutions were passed (Report & Accounts, Re-Election of Directors,
Appointment of Auditors, Auditors Remuneration), with the exception of a special
resolution, which was put to the shareholders in accordance with Article 143(a)
for the Company to be wound up. The majority of proxies received voted against
the Company being wound up, therefore the special resolution was not passed. The
Company will therefore not be wound up at the present time.
