The Company was informed yesterday that Arthur Knapp (Chief Financial Officer) yesterday purchased 115,000 common shares ("Common
Shares") in the capital of the Company at a price of 23p per share, equivalent to 0.22 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the
Company.

Mr Knapp now holds 1,117,794 Common Shares, equivalent to 2.14 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
