The Company has been notified that, following a sale on 20 March 2008 of 125,000
common shares in the capital of the Company ("Common Shares"), equivalent to
0.24 per cent. of the total voting rights of OCZ, CIM Special Situations Fund
Limited holds 3,600,000 Common Shares, equivalent to 6.90 per cent. of the total
voting rights of the Company.
