                               Director's Dealing

Arthur Knapp (Chief Financial Officer) has purchased 150,000 common shares
("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company at a price of 25.5p per share,
equivalent to 0.29 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.


Mr Knapp now holds 1,002,794 Common Shares, equivalent to 1.92 per cent. of the
issued voting share capital of the Company.
