NERD FORCE SIGNS 13 NEW LAS VEGAS TERRITORIES 
 
 
Nerd Force  Franchise Company ('NFFC'), the wholly owned subsidiary of Nexus 
Management, is pleased to announce the signing of 13 new franchise territories 
in Las Vegas and the Henderson cities of Clark County, Nevada.  This follows on 
from the previous official announcement in April 2009 of the launch of Nerd 
Force  in Mississippi and the recent start of Nerd Force  in Canada, bringing 
the total number of franchise territories sold to in excess of 180 (25 of which 
are currently active). Having begun with one franchise territory in July 2008, 
the Board believes Nerd Force  is one of the fastest growing IT franchise models 
of its kind. 
 
 
Jean Weckhorst, Assistant Financial Controller for MGM Las Vegas, who has over 
20 years experience managing the accounts of casinos, and Peter Weckhorst, Sales 
and Marketing Executive for Marriott Group, are the new franchisees. 
 
 
The Weckhorst family started a HobbyTown USA franchise in Las Vegas in 1991 - 
which became the leading Group store for over a decade, gross sales in its 
second year exceeded $1 million, shattering previous sales records by over 100% 
and setting the standard for all HobbyTown franchises. 
 
 
Jean and Peter Weckhorst, the new franchisees, are long time Las Vegas residents 
and Peter commented: "I have been passionate about computers every since I took 
my first programming course in 1980.  Jean and I believe that this is an 
opportunity which we cannot possibly pass up - it is the perfect time to be 
developing a managed services offering for small businesses and Nerd Force  is a 
great brand with which to do it."
