The company has been notified today under sl98 of the
Companies Act 1985, that following the purchase of 56,000
shares on 8th June 1999, the Norwich Union Group's material
interest in DCS Group Plc is as follows:

Norwich Union Life & Pensions B A/c                 830,567
Norwich Union Insurance Investment Limited           28,667
Norwich Union Pensions management Ltd SC A/c        163,556
                                                  1,022,790

This holding represents 4.22 per cent. of DCS Group's issued
share capital.

The interests are being disclosed on behalf of Norwich Union
plc (as the ultimate holding company of the Norwich Union
Group of Companies) and the other companies referred to in
this notice.
