NTT Communications Corporation ("NTT Com"), a subsidiary of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation ("NTT"), has announced today that it has entered into a stock transfer agreement with certain of the shareholders of RagingWire Data Centers ("RagingWire"), a leading provider of data center services in Sacramento, California, USA, to acquire 80% of the outstanding shares of RagingWire.
