    Monday, 15 December 2008 - NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO) received notification on 12 December 2008 that, following purchases on 11
December 2008, IIU Nominees Limited, as nominee for and on behalf of Primatur Limited, has an interest in 31,220,494 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 26.03% of the Company's issued share capital. IIU Nominees Limited is the registered owner of the shares on behalf of
the beneficial owner, Primatur Limited, a company wholly owned and controlled by Mr Dermot F. Desmond.

    As at 12 December 2008, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
