Transaction in Own Bonds 
 
 
 
 
Following the announcement made on 20 January 2009, Nanette announces that it 
has purchased on the 20th of January2009, an additional tranche of its own bonds 
on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, of par value NIS 120 thousand (Euro 23.5 
thousand) for the total consideration of NIS 42 thousand (Euro 8.2 thousand) . 
 
 
 
 
Nanette announces that it has purchased on the 21st of January 2009, an 
additional trance of its own bonds on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, of par value 
of NIS 1,810 thousand (Euro 354.8 thousand) for the total 
 consideration of 
NIS 626.4 thousand (Euro 122.8 thousand). 
 
 
 
 
 
Those purchases further illustrate Nanette's financial strength as a group. In 
the current global economic crisis, this is in itself a considerable achievement 
and is testament to Nanette's strong operating model and proactive financial 
management. 
 
 
 
 
The transactions will provide an additional profit at Group level that will be 
reflected in the next preliminary results.
