    Directorate Update

    Further to the announcement of 1 February 2008, Metal-Tech Ltd, the metal-based hydrometallurgy and chemical company which focuses on
the production and recycling of speciality metals such as Tungsten and Molybdenum, announces that Ms Liron Toubol has been confirmed as the
permanent Chief Financial Officer of the Company and appointed to the Board of Directors with effect from 1 January 2009.

    Ms Toubol, aged 33, was the Company's Financial Controller before her appointment as acting Chief Financial Officer in February 2008.
Prior to joining Metal-Tech in 2007, Ms Toubol was a senior manager at PwC Kesselman & Kesselman in Israel where she was responsible for
providing auditing services to large Israeli corporations. She has a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Ben-Gurion University.

    Aik Rosenberg, Chairman of Metal-Tech, said: "The Board was unanimous in its support for appointing Liron as our permanent Chief
Financial Officer. Since taking over early last year, she has been a key part of the management team's efforts of restructuring the Company
as it faces up to the challenges of the changing market conditions. We are delighted she has accepted the position."

    There are no further details specified by paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules for Companies to be disclosed in respect of Ms
Toubol.
