   AGM Statement 
 
   At the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held at 11:00 today, 
Deborah White, Chairman will make the following statement:- 
 
   "CHAIRMAN'S INTRODUCTION 
 
   Passion Project 
 
   As stated in the accounts The Passion Project is now firmly placed as 
the Company's flagship product. 
 
   In February the Milestone team were invited to take Platinum sponsorship 
status at the Apprenticeship4England event at the Emirates stadium 
helping to raise the profile of the Company and awareness of the Passion 
Project and its associated benefits. 
 
   The Government's Employer Ownership of skills programme coming into 
effect shortly, combined with the forthcoming Apprenticeship Levy in 
April 2017, is helping to realise the market opportunity for the Project 
and we have already been approached by a number of blue chip companies 
to help them with this new government initiative. 
 
   The projects methodology and emotional intelligence training have now 
been successfully tried and tested on a number of occasions with our 
industry partners. 
 
   Nexstar 
 
   In July last year Milestone entered into a Joint Venture agreement with 
Black Cactus Holdings Pty which was extended in December 2015. This 
gives Milestone Group the global exclusive rights to marketing and 
commercialising the IP held by Black Cactus Holdings PTY. 
 
   The first white label version of the Nexstar functionality is set for 
release in May 2016 and has been established to support the Milestone 
Foundation and the associated Passion Project partner network. 
 
   The platform is to be promoted by key influencers and celebrities across 
a wide range of genres, including sport, music, entertainment and 
fashion. Revenues generated through the platform will be split between 
the Foundation and Nexstar creating key revenue to support social 
initiatives whilst also generating revenues for the company. 
 
   This white labelled version offers a significant marketing opportunity 
for Nexstar which, when incorporated with the potential reach offered 
through the existing Nexstar relationships with Procurement, provide an 
exciting commercial and PR opportunity. 
 
   Since December we have announced extensive developments including the 
addition of the following services to the original Nexstar offering - 
Payment solutions, Money over IP, Trading over IP, Travel, Ticketing, 
Events, Movie distribution and streaming, along with a music publishing 
platform. 
 
   Mobile solutions 
 
   The product range continues to expand its client base with a new 
contract recently signed with one of the Passion Project partners, the 
value of which is GBP120,000 over a 3 year period. 
 
   The functionality offered, whilst being of significant operational value, 
also facilitates the capture of key data providing valuable evidence of 
engagement and outcomes, essential when looking to secure potential 
grant or social impact funding. 
 
   Disorder Magazine 
 
   The magazine continues to attract attention from key personalities and 
Passion Project partners. The latest version of the magazine is 
currently available for download from iTunes 
 
   The Foundation 
 
   The team are building effective delivery relationships within the 
education, employment and criminal justice sectors. We are actively 
tendering to the European Social Fund (both as a prime and a 
sub-contractor), the Big Lottery and a variety of charitable funds to 
help develop our products and our delivery. 
 
   Development stage complete 
 
   The Board is pleased with the developments during the period and 
particularly since the period end. Each of the separate business 
offerings has shown the beginnings of their revenue potential with 
growing interest being shown from an ever-expanding customer base and 
further new revenue streams visible in the near future. 
 
   We are at an exciting juncture with the development stage completed and 
the revenue stage gaining traction and I look forward to updating 
shareholders on our progress to self-sustainability."
