    Metalrax Group PLC (the 'Company'), the niche supplier of specialist engineering and consumer durable products, received notification on
23 June 2008 that Andrew Richardson, Chief Executive who has PDMR status, purchased 56,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company
("Shares") at 18.5p per Share on the same day. This transaction was effected on the London Stock Exchange. Mr Richardson's beneficial
interest in the Company has, as a result, increased to 112,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.093 per cent. of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
