that Mr. Victor Jones has resigned as a director of the Company.  Mr. Jones has
been with the Company since 1998 and was previously a director and the CEO of
Westley Mines International Inc. which merged with Moydow in 1998.  The board of
directors would like to thank Mr. Jones for his great contribution to both the
business and character of the Company over the last eight years and wishes him
well in his future endeavours.


The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of
