The Company was notified on 8 March, 2007 that, on the same day, Ian McLaren, a
director of the Company, acquired 10,000 common shares ("Common Shares") in the
Company at a price of C$11.48 per Common Share. As a result of this acquisition,
Ian McLaren has a resultant beneficial interest of 31,533 Common Shares, which
represents 0.187% of the current issued share capital.
