                          Directors/PDMR shareholdings


The Company was notified on 15 June 2006 that, on the same day, Peter Strom, a
director of the Company, was granted, for nil consideration, 12,500 options over
common shares in the Company ("Common Shares") at an exercise price of C$20.04
per Common Share. Following this grant Peter Strom has a resultant beneficial
interest in 211,666 options over Common Shares, which represents approximately
1.27% of the current issued share capital.
