The Company has today applied for block admission to trading on AIM for up to
2,968,382 Common Shares. The block admission application covers the following:

a)  the 1,500,000 Common Shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of
    options under the Option Plan, as described in the AIM Admission Document 
    dated 20 April 2005;

b)  the 500,709 Common Shares already issued as described earlier in this
    announcement; and

c)  the 967,673 Common Shares relating to the outstanding warrants, as
    described in the AIM Admission Document dated 20 April 2005.

On admission, all the Common Shares will rank pari passu with the existing
Common Shares of the Company.
