Minerva gets go-ahead for Park Place shopping centre development
Minerva is very pleased with the decision today by the Secretary of State not to
call-in the planning application for one of the UK's largest town centre
shopping developments at Park Place in Croydon. This 1 million square foot
development will include 103 shops, 13 large stores, 17 restaurants and a
flagship department store opening onto a new town square.
Andrew Rosenfeld, Chief Executive of Minerva plc, said:
