MKM Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notification that,
on 8 September 2006, Sound Financial plc, a company of which David Mond (a
non-executive director of the Company) is a director and shareholder, sold
10,400,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 6.25p per share. Following this transaction, Sound
Financial no longer owns any Ordinary Shares.
